Best of the best! Here are some of my favorite looks throughout the year by all the amazing artists at HE Paint Bar!Love the easy online scheduler and relaxed atmosphere. Besides the techs brilliant talent, they also have the most friendly and inviting environment!
H&E paint bar is one of the more fancy nail salons in Portland. The prices reflect the luxury experience and they do a fantastic job.I always opt for the dazzle dry polish as it lasts 3-4 weeks with no chipping, and doesn’t damage my nails.
Great place with consistent quality and level of service. Also great from quick availability perspective. Can easily find appointments within a week or so even if looking for evening hours.
