Eyes on Rosemont

I’ve been a patient for years. I love Dr. Mike he’s always been an amazing Dr for me and what my issues have been.

This review doesn’t have really anything to do with him and him as an eye doctor. I had an appointment today for a follow up. I arrived checked in. I sat and waited and waited and my appt time had passed and I waited 40 more minutes and asked do you know how much longer it’s going to be I have to go back to work, she said she would check. She came back and said he has an opening next week if you want to reschedule. I said how much longer she said 20-30 minutes because of an emergency he had earlier!!

Why didn’t someone express this to me when I first got there so I could make the decision earlier if I wanted to wait or reschedule.

Emergencies happen all the time I’m absolutely flexible but when they don’t communicate at all is extremely frustrating. Maybe next time they could communicate with their patient/patients.

Best people ever work here!!! So helpful with all my eye care needs!

Great experience with Dr. Butalla, who is passionate and knowledgeable. I also had a very positive experience ordering both glasses and sunglasses from the office - great variety at reasonable prices. I highly recommend if you are looking for routine eye care!
