Let me start by saying I saw Dr. Baker here and thought she was very knowledgeable, thorough, had great bedside manner, and overall seems like a great doctor. She took the time to discuss my concerns and shared relevant information/guidance specific to my situation. Based on the medical care I received, I would give 5 stars.

Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment as a new patient at this practice. I have had skin cancer twice and was told to wait no longer than 6 months for a regular skin check. After to moving back to Maine from New York, I wasn't aware that it would be so difficult to establish care with (any) medical providers so it ended...read full review

Always have had good experiences here. Dr. Rinaldi is knowledgeable, straight to the point, and efficient. I had an appointment the other day for a couple concerning spots. While I was there, I was hoping to set up another appointment to discuss my acne troubles, but he went over it all in that one appointment. I walked out of there with my concerns dealt with, and a plan for a new skincare routine. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

3 stars is due to the woman answering the phones. Dr Guzman was amazing and carefully answered all of my questions last year. Next time I called I got Cynthia Palmer. She was also kind and capable. Her assistant was not. The person answering the phone is not. She literally laughs when you get upset that she is not listening. Cindy told me to call asap when I noticed a new or changing spot. I have a non circular, multi color brown scaly spot on my back which itches and is tender yet the woman on phone states nobody feels it is important to be seen and I have a full body check in 3 weeks.
