I highly recommend Integrity Services of Maine! They recently installed a new heat pump at my home in Auburn, and the entire experience was fantastic. The crew was incredibly respectful, helpful, and took the time to patiently answer every single question I had about the new system. I was especially impressed by how clean they kept the workspace—they even wore boot covers while inside the house and left absolutely no trash behind when the job was done. If you're looking for a professional, considerate, and high-quality team, these are your guys.
We purchased an older home in Auburn that had pre-existing heat pumps which had not been checked or cleaned since before we moved in. Jesse came to our home from Integrity. He did a fine job cleaning, inspecting, and tuning the two Hi2 heat pumps outside our home. He did likewise for the six units on the walls within rooms of our home. Two of them needed a deep cleaning. He took those two apart and outside for that deep cleaning. He got up on a ladder to check the drains and other external tubing for units on the second floor. The professionalism and work ethic of the group and Integrity Services of Maine is like no other. From the very start, Bill and his team were responsive to any question asked and had patience with us if we needed to have further clarification on items. They took time to make sure we understood the process and that we were fully satisfied with the entire job. When the heat pump was hooked up and didn't start, Bill and his team made sure to explain what was happening and replaced the faulty pump the very next day.
