Many clients praise Dr. Nicole and her team for their professionalism and dedication, especially for children's needs. The clinic is appreciated for its supportive and effective care. However, some feedback highlights the need for improved communication, particularly in difficult situations. One reviewer expressed disappointment that the clinic did not directly inform them about changes in service after their child's challenging behavior, feeling that better communication would have been helpful. Overall, the clinic is valued for its quality care, but improvements in communication could enhance the experience.
I highly recommend Function first therapy. They did great job with my replacement knees.
While I would recommend them for services I'd like to point something out. Communication in tough situations could be better. My son had a couple of autistic meltdowns and got very aggressive there. They chose not to accommodate him with services anymore. I completely understand and agree by the way. However, it took a text to my case manager to find out he was not welcomed back. Function First never reached out and told me themselves. I feel this is very poor practice to pass the buck so to speak. Had you contacted me and simply said that due to the intensity and aggression in his meltdowns that you no longer felt safe to accommodate him, I would have listened and supported that. I'm very disappointed that you chose to have my case manager tell me instead.
