A couple of weeks ago I dropped my external drive… I posted my dilemma on Facebook and there the chain reaction took place. A person knew Bill - PC Solutions in South Paris who knew some people In Florida who restores / retrieves data. Bill sent the external drive off to Florida. The Florida people called me this morning with the news that they were able to retrieve 90% of the data that was on my drive. Thanks to Bill for helping me through this process. He was professional and I really appreciate him.
He was great. Found out what was wrong found an cheap upgrade aswell. Made sure everything was good to go and clean. Had a follow up issue that was my fault but got it resolved.
