I thought I should share my story in regards to this office. I was very very sick and was told by doctors at this office is was all in my head. I moved out of state to find out I have a rare disease called Scleroderma. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to get care. I almost died because of the lack of knowledge and care from this awful place. Had they done a ANA maybe things would have been different but a CBC doesn’t show rare conditions!
On two separate occasions over the last 3 days have I seen the most unprofessional joke of a children’s doctors office. I called 4 times in two days about my 1st child’s symptoms. I didn’t receive a call the first day despite being told they put it in as urgent. The second day I called 2x and finally got a call back at 3:30pm to be told “go to urgent care and get blood work by tonight” so I call the Hellen hunt center urgent care prior to driving from winterport Maine and I’m told they can do blood work no problem. No one answers the phones!Then u get some nurse practitioner that doesn't listen to what you say and pushes to have something other then the problem worked on.This causes u to spend lots of $$$ for nothing to be done on the real problem.So go look for someplace else for your care!!!
