The Beachwood is a fabulous hotel with exceptional service and cleanliness. The staff is very kind and helpful, accommodating guests with close parking and spotless rooms. The hotel is right on the beach, offering easy access to the sand, and features a pool and jacuzzi for relaxation. The rooms often include little kitchens, and guests can keep the sand at bay with provided brooms. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff creates a welcoming environment, making it a popular choice for beach lovers and those seeking a relaxing getaway. Guests enjoy the nightly light show with music and the convenience of noise machines for a quiet night. The lobby offers coffee, cocoa, books, and games for added comfort. Overall, The Beachwood provides a comfortable, memorable stay with excellent amenities and a perfect location close to the pier and shops. However, parking can be challenging at times due to full-sized pickup trucks and larger SUVs. Despite this, many guests return year after year, praising the cleanliness, friendly staff, and great experience.
Small room but great AC, refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink with kitchen supplies. Chairs, chaise loungers and table outside the room plus chaise loungers around the pool and jacuzzi. Free chairs and umbrellas for the beach just steps away and a pool bar with multiple outdoor grills along side the pool deck area. Very friendly staff and free coffee in the morning. Very satisfied with this motel.
This place is within walking distance of many different phenomenal restaurants and right by the beach, the rooms are very well kept and cleaned everyday. All the staff work hard to keep the place looking its best. If you stay here make sure you have a conversation with the bartender bill he’s a great guy and has some very intriguing stories to tell.
My daughter & I use to come to this location many,many years ago, every year, then we bought my granddaughter at 6mths ago, then, she was 7 yrs old, now she is in her 1st year of college. I fell in love with this place the 1st time we came. We came every year. Very nice owners, they retired and son & his family took over. Made changes. God Willing would love to visit again. Always cme in August when I went on vacation. I will be retired 15yrs. God Willing 15yrs end of this year 2025.
