Pratt Abbott is a local laundromat known for its great service and well-maintained facilities. The staff, particularly the friendly and helpful Taylor, are praised for their efforts to provide a pleasant experience, even during busy times. The machines are reliable, and the location is kept clean. While the business may face challenges due to labor shortages, it continues to deliver quality service to its loyal customers.
The person who took our order was friendly and efficient. She made sure to Note our phone number so she could text us when our order was Ready to be picked up. The clothes came back, neatly folded, and completely clean. Much better than spending an hour or two at a local laundromat. Thanks for making our vacation a little more fun!
We are new dry cleaning customers at Pratt Abbott and are very happy with the service they provide. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. They always offer quicker service, if needed. I plan to tell my neighbors and friends about this business.
Had to get suits and shirts pressed for my father’s funeral/burial and PA totally delivered. Clothes came back from Portland on time and done like they said, highly recommend
