Pretty good. Only use the dryers but I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I really like drying all my laundry at once. It doesn't make doing laundry an all day event. Store is clean employees are friendly and priced right. I go here weekly vs any other laundry mat in the area
I can't stress how important having the team at Pratt Abbott is to my business. A busy commercial cleaning company like ours produces a lot of dirty rags and mop heads. Taylor, Judy and the rest of the team ensure that they are cleaned properly and handled well; they pack them nicely too! We at Greener Portland greatly appreciate the friendliness, great service and timely returns. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thank you so much!!!
I was at the Old Orchard Beach location at 3:55 pm Tuesday January 9th, I was told I could not do any laundry because you close at 5Pm,usually this location has geat service, but this night I was refused., the washing machines take 20 minutes and the dryers 25, I would have been out with 20 minutes to spare,this was not the usual laundry attendant, the usual girl, is pleasant.
