Really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Hunter, at the front desk, was friendly and very helpful to us. Staff was quite cheery and readily assisted us. The entire facility was quite clean. We had not been to the resort for quite a few years. We noticed that a good deal of repainting had been done, unsafe stools were removed from the outdoor hot tub and we understand that more renovations are planned. We’re happy to know that one of our favorite resorts is still available to us for future visits.
We have stayed here many times in the past and always had a very enjoyable time.
When the hotel was taken over by new management four or five years ago, we felt that it wasn’t the same. When we returned the past few years we have noticed a lot of improvements which are very nice. Champagne as a welcome, cookies at the front desk and very personable and welcoming staff . They’ve also updated to couches in the pool and Roman spa area which are great ! West meadow pub has been updated also . Will definitely return especially , during the off-season as rates are very affordable.
We found this beautiful resort for my birthday getaway trip. It was far beyond what we expected. The room we stayed in was spacious. The amenities were everything we were looking for, from the indoor pool, indoor hot tub, and outdoor hot tub. Highly recommend!
