Assured Solar was prompt and professional for the installation of batteries that complement the solar panels that they installed two years ago. One of the installed batteries turned out to be defective; technicians stayed for several hours to troubleshoot problems and the manufacturer determined that a replacement would be needed. Assured Solar delayed final billing of the installation until a replacement was shipped. The installation is complete and functioning; I'm very pleased with Assured Solar's work.
