Prompt. Kept to their schedule and did everything they said they would do and when they would do it. Explained complete process and broke it down into phases with timetables. I became a customer of Assured Solar in 2017 with the purchase and installation of a 7.28 kW system. The only problem with the Solar Edge equipment was a failed optimizer in Feb 2026. Assured Solar immediately came over and replaced the part.
I mentioned my interest in expanding the system and had another 2.6 kW installed two weeks later.
