I replaced an old wooden dock with a new aluminum one from Great Northern Docks this summer. The salesman, Jerry Dodge, provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsive. He took all the time needed to explain, make suggestions, and instill confidence. Greta, the manager, and John Perry, who installed the new dock, were equally helpful. I rate them five stars!

I had an outstanding experience with Great Northern Docks and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From start to finish, the level of service was exceptional. Destin, in particular, went above and beyond—his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.
We had a float that was still under warranty, and the team handled everything seamlessly. Not only did they stand by their product, but they replaced it with a brand-new one without any hassle. That kind of integrity and customer-first approach is rare these days.
