i went to the salt sauna with my daughter and was super pleasantly surprised on how great i felt after i work crazy hours and under extreme stress all the time don’t sleep well but after one session right after i felt extremely relaxed energized and over all amazing would recommend this to everyone next day i breathed better still felt energized and still felt amazing was definitely worth the price i will definitely be going back and making this part of my new routine very beneficial two thumbs ups
