THE FIRE DEPARTMENT came out, and inspected the roads in Baybridge Estates and found them unsafe as they were NOT TWO LANES LIKE THE COMPANY STATES THEY DO THE FIRST TIME. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD TO MAKE THIS COMPANY COME BACK OUT WELL AFTER THE 36 HOUR MARK THAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO CLEAN UP AND MAKE SURE THE ROADS ARE TWO LANES, AND PASSABLE! THIS IS IN THE CONTRACT THAT THE COMPANY HAS WITH THE PARK OWNERS WHO HIRED THIS COMANY WHILE HIS WIFE WAS THE PARK MANAGER! Now the residents who have EITHER PAID SOMEBODY OR CLEANED THERE OWN DRIVEWAY 36 HOURS AGO! NOW HAVE TO PAY AGAIN OR SHOVEL AGAIN AND NOW ARE DEALING WITH FROZEN HEAVY SNOW! That can cause HARM to THE RESIDENTS due this company’s incompetence to do a good job the first time!! AGAIN THIS IS WELL AFTER THE 36 HOURS!!! THIS NOT FAIR TO THE RESIDENTS THAT YOU ARE BLAMING! If the fire department had to get involved how is this the residents fault? This is solely on the company who is paid to make sure our roads are safe for all who drive or walk these roads. DO NOT BLAME THE RESIDENTS ITS NOT OUR FAULT that this company can’t do there job properly as they state they do. If I could put zero I would. This was by far the worst job this company has ever done!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE FOR OUR COMMUNITY LIKE THEY STATE THEY DO!

Change of Seasons has a contract with the park that my family and I pay to live in, so I am not a direct client of this company; however, they do plow the roads we live on, and I feel that qualifies me to leave a review on their services. In support of other recent reviews, yes, they have often left multiple feet at the end of our driveway into the road unplowed. However, this is not my biggest gripe. Our streets have posted speed limits of 10 mph. Our homes are very close to the road, and we have a geriatric population who are often seen walking during all seasons with their dogs. Unfortunately, this company has been seen by me and my neighbors going considerably fast. 25 mph in a 10 mph zone is very noticeable. I am one of many families within this community who have littles playing outside. Of course they are supervised; however, as previously mentioned, our homes are very close to the road. If the company is willing to take accountability and I notice that they have slowed down, I’d be happy to remove this review.

The worst plow service I’ve ever experienced in my 39 years. One swipe is all this company does. Leaving AT LEAST 6-8’ of snow at the end of our driveways that we have shovel. The sanding … where? Salt? Where? Awful service! Rude! 0/10 do not recommend

they leave space for only one car to go down a TWO LANE ROAD which makes me need to clear out 3+ feet past my driveway

You can start by learning how to properly plow a road.
Every time you plow our roads you're not only missing the sides of the roads by between 3 and 9 feet, but you're also speeding through at 30 mph. Our speed limit is 10 mph.

I live in Bay Bridge and you guys do a shifty job. My extra 4 feet will now be shoveled into to the middles of the road so maybe you can get it right with your next fly by.
