I'm viet nam era vet and had this severe eye injury 18 months ago.The trauma has been fixed and the retina is attached again but the injury left me with no lens in that eye. My only chance of seeing out of that eye is a specialized contact which FEH & CLC provides. The VA scheduled an apt and checked 3 times to make sure everthing was ok. On the day of the apt i called and FEH & CLC said everythings all set and to come on down. When we got there they refused to see me. They understood the severity of my eye injury, acknowledged their proficency in that area, but still refusced to help.They didn't seem to care. Their appathy towards helping people should be noted by anyone looking for eye care and if you're a referred vet and took a shower to go there you're over dressed as they won't see you.

Family Eye Health and Contact Lens Center is a very professional and friendly place! Dr Gove was extremely pleasant and she is a very kind friendly person. I was scared to start a new relationship with a new doctor since I was with my previous doctor for many years! I highly recommend Dr. Gove! Her staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well! My appointment was on time and I was in and out without any waiting. Thank you Dr Gove and staff!

I was hesitant after reading reviews but I decided to give them a try. Everyone was professional and courteous. Dr. Gove, whom I found to be very personable diagnosed my issue and recommended treatment. I will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs eye care.

Horrible experience, doctor was terrible!! Got sample contacts and was supposed to call and corrdinate next steps… got voicemail several times with no call backs, went to office and still no call back… going to different doctor and will pay out of pocket… no chance I trust this office.. save the hassle go elsewhere! Should not even be in business!!!! Zero stars is more like it!!

This is my first visit. I was surprised that no medical personnel introduced themselves, no niceties said, like how's your day going. No smiles. The exam was as expected and relaxing. More explanation to each type of exam done for those that like knowing about their bodies. Would recommend if they are more personable. Will change star rating if the above should be instituted

Comfortable atmosphere, very nice office! The lady at the desk was kind, Dr. Gove was professional and friendly, and understood my needs. Betty was helpful with helping me choose frames and completing my order for glasses. They have a large option of frames :) Very pleased with my first visit to their office. I'm excited to get my new glasses!

yesterday at my appointment the Dr got pretty mad and gave me an attitude stating I needed to get my eyes Dilated but I refused and she said it was law that I needed to be, when since? they took like 5 minutes to do a exam. me and my 2 daughters were all in and out in 10 minutes, the longest part was waiting for the printer to print out prescriptions and then added PRISMS to my daughters when we said NO and again said they were law, which is not true. what happened to refusing care? I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN THEY ARE VERY UNCAPPABLE OF THEIR JOBS

Got the wrong prescription. Was told that is was correct but I still can't see out of the glasses at all. Asked to get a corrected prescription via text and was told that it's normal for my prescription to be very different from my previous one. But I can see better out of my old prescription compared to not at all with the new one.

Corrected prescription doesn't work well.
