The front desk staff needs classes in customer service. They are quite rude and not professional. I waited for approximately 3 minutes while 2 staff members were discussing personal issues. The person who did the initial testing was pleasant but didn't introduce herself which in my opinion is an essential part of customer/patient care. I saw Dr Melissa Frank. She gave exceptional care. She introduced herself and told me what was tests she would be doing and why. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I will return to the practice because of Dr Frank and hopefully the front desk staff have changed their attitudes or new staff is there.

Tried calling this place 11/28/23 at about 2:00 p.m. when they were supposedly open. Tried all 6 options to get through to a live person and not one would answer and wanted you to leave a message. VERY POOR customer service.

Arrived for my appointment ~ extremely professional friendly and fair priced. Beautiful selection of frames accepts my insurance and optical always goes the extra mile to make sure I get the best quality and price!!
