I have never had that experience, so perhaps a one time mistake. Brittany is a good communicator and really listens to what the client wants...never a one size fits all cut. The shop is clean and the service excellent.“

“Katy did a wonderful job with our 4 year old, he has basically run out of 4 different hair salons but with the right person (Katy) he calmed down and she worked so well to reassure him that haircuts were not scary!!!! so grateful for your talent and time!“
