Carrabassett is the absolute best vet in the area and I couldn’t imagine managing our dogs’ health without them.

We have 9 small dogs — something extremely uncommon in the mountains of Maine (and really anywhere nearby) and several of them have chronic illnesses (seizures, dementia, Cushings).

Dr. Benson and Dr. Shaun are the absolute best at what they do (Dr. Tulli too!!!).

They handle our dogs with care, with love and with concern *always* and we’ve been with them for over a decade.

Just this past week, they helped our eldest cross the rainbow bridge and the entire staff cared for her like she was their own.

I’m so thankful for the staff and expertise at this clinic. My pup had her first little accident and they were able to accommodate us during a snowstorm. I was thinking of taking her here for regular veterinary care, anyways, and now it is a no-brainer that I will choose them. Thank you, Dr. Shawn!

Unbelievably good dental work for our rescue dog! I am shocked to see completely white, tartarless teeth and the absence of terrible breath after this cleaning and one extraction. When we first adopted him almost three years ago, we had dental service done at another veterinary service near the coast that didn't seem to change any of these issues, so I expected similar outwardly obvious results. I am so pleased with the work of this great staff and great veterinary clinic. Our valley is so fortunate to have them here!
