Brought in a mattress topper and a quilt to be laundered. Staff were welcoming and explained the 2 separate processes to be followed. Notified by email when the quilt was ready. When I arrived, I was surprised to find the mattress topper was ready as well, more than a week before I expected it to be done.

Always have a good experience. Most recently, gave them a designer vintage piece that seemed to have underarm staining on the lining. I took my chances when I bought it and sure enough -- Pratt Abbott made all the stains vanish. Couldn't be happier.
