Complete no show. My 89 year old waited three hours in a non-winterized house and Jonathan Carruth was a complete no show, didn't answer his phone, and his messages are full. Completely irresponsible. Avoid!

What started as a 5 star rating has been downgraded to 1. I had been impressed with timeliness and service, but that has gone by the wayside. It took over a month to get a call back to schedule service. They came, did not fix a single thing on the list, charged us, said they needed to order a part and would be back. Now another month later, no part, nothing fixed, and still no response.

Great experience. Purchased our house and moved in less than a week ago, only to find out we had little to no hot water. I Emailed, and having not heard back by noon, then called the company (who I won't name) who had been maintaining the furnace and boiler for the previous owners for 20 years, only to be told that they had read my email (apparently couldn't be bothered to respond) but they only service existing customers... Hard to be an existing customer when you've just moved in five days earlier. Called a few places and got nothing but answering machines.
