I liked the audiologist who was there in 2021 when I first got my hearing aids. I don't know if she retired or what happened. The new guy seems technically competent, but not as warm of a personality. He did help me get a better fit, though, which is pretty important for something you have to wear every day. Oticon hearing aids work really well, but are expensive.

We had a great experience there! Ryan took a lot of time with us (my mother and I both got hearing aids) and answered all our questions. The hearing test itself was more realistic and accurate than one I had elsewhere a year ago. If you’ve been putting this off for any reason - don’t do it any longer. Get in there and enjoy not having to struggle to hear people anymore. The technology is amazing - they’re definitely not your grandparents’ hearing aids, in looks or function! Ryan will get you all set up w a phone app that lets you control your settings and hear the phone directly in your ears if you want. My wife and I are vacationing in Wells. My Sonic Radiant 100 stopped working and I didn't have any spare wax filters or bass domes with me. I stopped in without an appointment. The lady at the front window was extremely nice, and very helpful. She knew exactly what I needed, and even correctly identified the 8 mm size of my bass dome. I installed the new parts it's working just great. This is first-class service. Thanks very much!
