I know there's a saying that people don't leave reviews when they're satisfied with a business—but I'd like to acknowledge good customer service and professionalism when I see it.

I recently ordered an online bouquet of flowers from this business for my grandmother's birthday. The arrangement was beautiful, but I wasn't fully satisfied with some substitutions that were made due to high demand from recent community events. I shared my concerns with the business, and they were very understanding. The flowers I ordered were delivered on time and the arrangement was beautiful. Since I live in another state I could only go by what I saw online and that can be very deceiving. I am over the moon thrilled with my purchase. Will definitely use Houlton Floral again.
