After exploring several vendors my husband and I choose Al Benner. They agreed to bring my home vision to life and worked very closely to incorporate every detail to my satisfaction. Since this was a custom built, we did not know how the final product will look. They delivered a product exactly how I envisioned it. The quality of the home is excellent and had zero draft issues. All new homes do have a few things which may need some additional attention after you move in but the team was excellent with ensure the minor problems were fixed. We still have some outstanding issues but is delaying it until the spring.
Last year, Andy helped our family finally get into a beautiful double wide home .we were living in hotels at this point . Andy and everyone worked so hard not only to make sure we had a place to live he,also found us a beautiful spot I Searsport to put it . They all are truly amazing. .They really came through for us . When we had a few small issues and they came right over to fix them . When they couldn't fix the problem they found the right person to do job right for us.
