Exceptional! The house was set and there were a few issues (minor) which we anticipated with the moving and settling. Yesterday, they came out and fixed the flooring and those issues. ZERO questions asked. They were amazing! Great service! Would definitely recommend if looking for your next home!

Our Salesman Jay went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. The team of guys that delivered and set up the house were fast and efficient they had everything done the same day! I would highly recommend Al Benner Homes! Best around!

After exploring several vendors my husband and I choose Al Benner. They agreed to bring my home vision to life and worked very closely to incorporate every detail to my satisfaction. Since this was a custom built, we did not know how the final product will look. They delivered a product exactly how I envisioned it. The quality of the home is excellent and had zero draft issues. All new homes do have a few things which may need some additional attention after you move in but the team was excellent with ensure the minor problems were fixed. We still have some outstanding issues but is delaying it until the spring.
