We contacted Valley a few weeks back to get a consult for a heat pump. They were fast to respond to set up an appointment that week. Josh, was very professional, answered our questions. When scheduling for installation, the office staff worked with us to find a day that worked for our schedule. Installation was done by Nick and Dave, both were excellent! Took the time to show us what was done, how to use the heat pump. Would 100% recommend!e

This experience today was one of the best I have ever had with furnace repair. I called Valley at 6 AM this morning and spoke to Josh, the owner, and he was here within an hour. Very professional and very polite. He kept me up-to-date on what was wrong, fixed it, and left the place neat and clean! I would highly recommend this well-run family business!

They installed a new generator for us quickly and efficiently, and at a really good price. They had the know how to do everything so we had to do very little ourselves. Highly recommend for any service!
