We contacted Valley a few weeks back to get a consult for a heat pump. They were fast to respond to set up an appointment that week. Josh, was very professional, answered our questions. When scheduling for installation, the office staff worked with us to find a day that worked for our schedule. Installation was done by Nick and Dave, both were excellent! Took the time to show us what was done, how to use the heat pump. Would 100% recommend!e

All 3 men that were at my house were just awesome! Everything was neat and picked up when they were done. Even the electrician, Dave, was very meticulous about his work. He made sure the wires above the ceiling was neat! Had a great experience with this company, again!

We recently had a second Fujitsu heat pump installed in our home. We had 1 installed in 2020 and it's worked perfectly since. We needed a second for our above the garage bonus room. Josh listened to my concerns for outside conduit location. He came up with a solution and his install team did a flawless installation. We ended up going with a floor unit to minimize the curbside impact as it was the front of the house. We are very happy with the performance of the heat pump with little to no noise and ability to heat and cool. Great family business with great quality service and attention to detail!
