We contacted Valley a few weeks back to get a consult for a heat pump. They were fast to respond to set up an appointment that week. Josh, was very professional, answered our questions. When scheduling for installation, the office staff worked with us to find a day that worked for our schedule. Installation was done by Nick and Dave, both were excellent! Took the time to show us what was done, how to use the heat pump. Would 100% recommend!e

This experience today was one of the best I have ever had with furnace repair. I called Valley at 6 AM this morning and spoke to Josh, the owner, and he was here within an hour.
