I highly recommend costal physical therapy, I have been to others in the area and found Costal to be the best! The people there are very knowledgeable and do their absolute best to help.

My husband and I both come to Coastal Physical Therapy Services for PT and are very happy with our care! Heather is amazing and is able to put us back together each time we come lol. Everyone is so nice and the facility is beautiful! I definitely recommend it!

I went in with a pain of 10/10 in right shoulder and could barely move it in back of me and across my chest.
I wasn't sleeping good due to the pain in my shoulder would awaken me.
I now can sleep at last 5 to 6 hrs without awakening to the pain and when I do its about a 5/10. Anna my PT is very respectful and sympathetic to me and my pain. I receive very good therapy and am now able to garden some.I do go careful and do only what Anna has suggested. I'm gaining and am grateful for my PT Anna.
