We love GNGAH. Having a Labrador means frequent trips to the vet. The staff at the hospital are so kind, caring and gentle with the dog but also me! They take a lot of time to diagnose and evaluate which I appreciate so much.
They listen to my dogs needs and my financial constraints. Dr. Merrill gives me honest, straight forward feedback. She helps me maneuver the complicated situation of an elderly dog with Addisons Disease and arthritis. I truly appreciate her and the staff
As previously said on provider email service rating request, where I rated them 7/10 after only my 2nd appointment with this veterinarian: I am cautious with stars/number rating since I've not been impressed by another brick-mortar provider as a new pet parent of 2 fur ball loves. This practice is a good 30 minutes drive away and this factor alone can be most stressful to the "kids" and pet cat mom, especially when both serenaded me loudly the entire ride there! Anyway, the visit succeeded better than I had expected - my girls behaved beautifully, all got done with no fur flying, escapes, or anything else untoward happening.
