The Gray Animal Center is a full-service animal hospital providing quality veterinary care to the local community. The experienced and dedicated team is committed to treating pets like their own, offering a wide range of services to ensure their long and happy lives. The veterinarian, Dr. Kinney, is described as excellent, knowledgeable, and amazing with animals, with clients following him across towns, trusting him completely. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and wonderful, working in a bright, clean, well-organized, and comfortable office with a small and personal atmosphere. Clients have praised the attentive care provided by Dr. Lucas and the staff, who listen to their needs and support them through difficult times, such as the loss of a beloved pet. The hospital is easy to access, and the staff is very friendly, accommodating appointment times and providing prompt, high-quality services, including a successful dog neutering procedure.
I called the gray animal center for advice on a laceration on my dogs thigh. The person I spoke to was happy to give advice but asked for a photo to assess the urgency. After they got the photo I promptly received a reply that he should come in for some staples and antibiotics. Much to my surprise they were able to get him in that afternoon and treat his wound plus get his rabies shot updated. Everyone there was professional, compassionate and had great advice. Past visits with other animal hospitals have always been stressful and full of surprise upcharges. Dr Anderson and all the staff are absolutely amazing! They went way out of their way to help my “vet-phobic” dog feel more comfortable. Very grateful for their patience and kindness!
Dr. Lucas and staff are attentive and care about your pet. My appointments have always been timely and I feel they really listen to what we need. We recently lost one of our beloved pets and the care Dr. Lucas provided to not only my sweet Bodie, but to our entire family made us feel supported throughout the process.
