Dr Tin and Gallo were the only reason I put up with the ridiculous waits at appointments (up to an hour often), absurd wait time on the phone to just speak with someone about getting an appointment (up to 30-40 minutes is the usual).
The last straw was us showing up for an appointment for my son at 11:27 for an appointment they stated was at 11:20, (we had down for 11:30) only for them to say they’d need to reschedule! We have waited literally for HOURS ON END in this office and they can’t see us when we are a few minutes late?

Reached out a week ago to request more markers to be pulled from blood work. They followed up 1 week later (out of time frame according to nordx) to tell me they weren’t medically indicated. Now I have to go back and get blood drawn again due to slow communication and lack of follow through from my requests.
communication was excellent ... from the portal to the telephone to the front desk. the pa and the doctor were great and pointed out something i needed to take care of, as well as resolving the issue for which i made the appointment. my doctor was not available for an immediate appointment, however another doctor was and all was better than i hoped. my first time in gorham, since i transferred from the portland location, and i'm very glad i made that decision.
