Mike did an excellent job of observing any and all defects in our home-to-be.He explained each defect along the way indicating that it was his job to do so and that he wasn't going to make any judgments as to how to mitigate the defect. Some defects were minor and others more critical as he pointed out. Overall, I was very satisfied with his inspection and attention to details and would highly recommend him to any prospective home buyer.
