Jeff was professional and pleasant to work with. I found his inspection to be meticulous and comprehensive without becoming overwhelming or difficult to understand! He took time to point out items of concern that I may have otherwise missed. The inspection report was easy to read and I appreciated the visual components. The inspector was courteous, provided some valuable information about the test including what to do if results exceed EPA actionable value. Getting the inspection scheduled was easy and appointment availability was very suitable to our schedules.
