They let me take home many samples, and there was never any pressure to buy. The rug I ordered ended up having some minor defects, but they contacted the company and got another rug shipped at no additional cost and I got to keep both rugs. They had options for custom binding. I've had the rug about 6 months now and it's held up great. Would highly recommend - customer service is top notch!“
