Today, my regular Vet didn't have appointments. My pooch was neutered (6) days ago. His stiches popped and he was oozy with an infection. The staff promptly opened an appointment for me w/i (1 1/2) hours of opening.
Upon arrival, I was checked in immediately and saw a Med Tech w/i minutes. The Vet saw me w/i (10) minutes.
My pooch received his meds, antibiotics, a cleaning of his infection, and the cone of shame. ;)
The staff is prompt, kind and definitely animal lovers!
If I ever have an emergency again, THIS is the Urgent Care Office I will return too.

Last week, our senior cat was very sick and our normal vet wasn’t in for the week, so they referred us to Pet Medic. We were able to get in same day and the booking process is so easy, I was able to schedule an appointment right on the website.
The staff there is amazing, the tech and doctor both listened to our concerns and were so caring of our old man, Pablo. They gave us our options and were so patient with us while we made decisions. After weighing our options, we decided that we didn’t want Pablo to suffer more than he already had, for so long. We made the decision that every pet owner dreads - to let him cross that rainbow bridge. This was the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make, and the tech and doctor were so caring and patient with us. They let us go at our own pace during the process of saying goodbye to a beloved pet. They allowed us to stay in the room after all was said and done for as long as we needed. Today I came home, and there was a personalized sympathy card in the mail signed by everyone in the office.
I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who needs pet care. They genuinely care about every patient they have and I’m so thankful that they took such good care of our sweet boy (and us) while we were there. Thanks again to the wonderful staff at Pet Medic!

My good boy Diesel was treated like royalty. We had a long day, 5 hours of taking up their time, they even let us come in before our scheduled time. They made sure we went home as healthy as we could. The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you're pet is leaving 100% if I didn't live so far away this would definitely be our go to vet clinic!

This place was great. My Boston Terrier got a scratch on his eye from a cat and Dr Crouch was so amazing with him- he was nervous and he got right down on the floor with him and helped him feel more comfortable- I wish they were a primary vet facility. Unfortunately we have to go back today to have it checked again as it doesn't seem to be getting better but I was able to make a same day appt and am comfortable bringing him there

The staff and veterinarians here have gone above and beyond to help my Aussie with his tooth issue. This type of care and attentiveness we don’t even receive from his primary vet. I would recommend them to anyone having an issue with their animal, they are kind and caring and want the best for your pets. Thank you petmedic for going above and beyond to deliver rockstar care. Wish we could just see you guys all the time!

PetMedic has an incredibly compassionate, accommodating, and kind team of both techs and vets. I've seen three different vets here for my cat for a variety of urgent issues over the past year, and every time I've been impressed with their quality of care and attentiveness. My dog had a broken nail that needed prompt attention, and our vet wasn’t able to get us in. PetMedic was recommended to me because they were concerned about infection. I was able to easily set an appointment online for the same day. I drove the hour to Freeport and they immediately took us to the exam room upon arrival. Both Taylor and Dr. McGee were so kind and attentive. The procedure required sedation and even with that, we were there for less than 2 hours. They made sure I was informed along the way and were very thorough about the medications and aftercare. They also checked in 48 hours later to see how my dog was doing. The facility is also very clean and inviting. You can tell they really care about their patients and their families, and I highly recommend seeking care here if you’re in need of urgent care for your pet.
