Today, my regular Vet didn't have appointments. My pooch was neutered (6) days ago. His stiches popped and he was oozy with an infection. The staff promptly opened an appointment for me w/i (1 1/2) hours of opening.
Upon arrival, I was checked in immediately and saw a Med Tech w/i minutes. The Vet saw me w/i (10) minutes.
My pooch received his meds, antibiotics, a cleaning of his infection, and the cone of shame. ;)
The staff is prompt, kind and definitely animal lovers!
If I ever have an emergency again, THIS is the Urgent Care Office I will return too.

Last week, our senior cat was very sick and our normal vet wasn’t in for the week, so they referred us to Pet Medic. We were able to get in same day and the booking process is so easy, I was able to schedule an appointment right on the website.
The staff there is amazing, the tech and doctor both listened to our concerns and were so caring of our old man, Pablo. They gave us our options and were so patient with us while we made decisions. After weighing our options, we decided that we didn’t want Pablo to suffer more than he already had, for so long.
