We recently bought a new build house that unfortunately was very poorly graded and had virtually no topsoil. Markus and his team at Lowe and Basset did an incredible job of regrading almost an acre, installing French drains and topping the yard with 360 yards of loam plus reseeding and mulching. They also regraded the driveway with 165 tons of ledge. A huge job from our perspective. I can't say enough good things about Markus and his team. They far exceeded our expectations. This is my first online review ever - that'a how good a job they did.
Markus did a new leach field and septic system for us. From the beginning when he came out and gave us a quote he was the most professional out of the 3 different companies we got quotes from. He did amazing work and helped us work through unexpected changes that had to be made due to ledge in the ground. I would 100% recommend Markus to anyone! Thank you very much Lowe and Basset.
Had a load of 4” rip rap delivered by a place that couldn’t spread it even though they said they could. Called Lowe and Basset and they were there within the hour and helped move it and regrade the driveway so I could get in and out. They were friendly and did good work despite the short time frame and less than ideal material. Will call them for any future earthwork projects! Thank you!!!
