Very happy with the results
Portuguese Water Dog a bit over due for clipping but she came out great
We really liked how Richard explained his technique and how he'd handle the grooming and the dogs as it was their first time. He asked us to stay to ensure the dogs were comfortable, but they were as Richard made time to get to know them too.
I liked Rich. He formed an instant bond with my pup and did a fine job on trimming her. He's a down to earth, real person, who is experienced with dogs and seems to enjoy his work. I'll be returning once every 2 months...
