i had to call into dead river and i was talking to this lady, never had some so polite in my life, you can tell she loves her job and customers. Her name was Leilani. Anytime I call them hope she answers because she was amazing

The only problem i have is the annually cleaning of my furnace,price goes up and less gets done,example tech was here less then a hour no vacuuming of the box,didn't even bring one in and didn't change out the oil filter,just tuned up the furnace gun and left

I have a very old heater stove thatneeded attention.....and Sean, DeadRiver Technician was great !He was very patient, knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. He was very enjoyable, educationaland wonderful to work with.Linda, and Emily were also wonderful in listening and respecting my need and theyfacilitated in getting the righttechnician to me.Thank You so much !Nancy
