We found out that our well pump and holding tank had stopped working while having our hot water tank replaced. We were referred to these guys by the plumbing company that was addressing our hot water tank issues. We called them up and within and hour or so they were at our house and completed all of the work and we had water back on in less than 3 hours. The cost was reasonable for the work and turn around time. If you should have any issues with your well pump or need a new well drilled I recommend these guys. Super friendly, and very quick with their response time.
We lost running water from our well on Monday afternoon and less than 24 hours later, the guys from Burns Well Drilling had a new pump with wiring installed and our water was back! They had to work out in the bitter cold and did so very professionally and efficiently. The cost even came in a bit under the estimate so overall, I can't recommend them enough! Alicia was also very efficient with communication about setting up the service and had the invoice receipt emailed out minutes after the crew got back to Farmington. What a super company in every way!
My water pump stopped working the day after Thanksgiving. I have an old steam radiator system powered by heating oil- so I was without water AND heat. I have an old two pipe system that some other companies won't work on. For two and a half weeks I tried to get someone to come fix my water pump. Finally I called Burns and they sent someone out immediately. Ben installed a new pressure switch for me and unclogged the Venturi valve and in less than an hour or so I had water and heat again. I highly recommend them. They did good by me.
