I enjoyed my first visit enough to take over the dry cleaning responsibilities in my family. The folks working there are very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting things the way that I wanted them. It is also extremely easy to come and go and can be done any time of the day.

I have been taking my clothing to Pratt Abbott for close to ten years. They have been exemplary for customer service and their recent switch to automated drop off and retrieval of clothes is spot on convenient. The staff is friendly and caring. Keep up the good work.

Am a senior citizen so was concerned about using a digitized dry cleaner, but staff are there to show you the process, and now I love it!!! 24/7 service is so convenient and my comforter/clothes look great!
