I have been coming here since I was 16...now at 30 I couldn't be more grateful to this wonderful community. Thank you Heidi, Danielle, Gretchen and all other teachers, volunteers and practicers... this is a truly special place. <3
I love this place! The hot yoga classes are just my pace- a bit challenging but don’t make me feel like I’m going to die. I also like the different options (80s, 90s, etc). Studio is clean and spacious, and the teachers have all been great. The reception is always welcoming, too. I’m really happy to have found this studio in the neighborhood and hope it sticks around!
Greener Postures has great energy, great people, and great yoga! They got me through a particularly difficult postpartum period and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without this amazing yoga studio! Special thanks to Bethany, Danielle, and Ben! I would recommend that anyone interested in yoga give this studio a shot before committing anywhere else! Keep being awesome Greener Postures!
