I called Ray Plumbing and Heating because our furnace was blowing thick black smoke from our chimney and into our basement. Since it is not yet the heating season I figured I would have to wait at least until Monday to get our furnace serviced (I called on Friday). Instead I was very pleasantly surprised they were able to get a technician to our home within the hour. Chris came, he saw and he conquered! He had our furnace up and running sans thick black smoke in less than 2 hours, which would have been sooner but since our furnace is an old behemoth he had to go back to the shop to find a replacement gasket.
