Aziza, Lee, and Michelle are the best of the best when it comes to Dead River in Ellsworth. Kind, considerate, and always helpful regardless of the needs and situation. I would never choose another company for my propane needs but Dead River. They truly care and will do whatever they can to save you as much money as possible, especially when the market is not in the clients favor. If I could leave more than 5 Star's, I would!

The Technician called 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and arrived well within the 3-hour arrival window that was given to us well in advance. When he arrived, he introduced himself, told us exactly what was going to be looked at, asked what questions we might have and if we noticed any issues we would like for him to look into and then went to work. He kept things clean, took out any used materials, was friendly and professional.
