Caostal has been dependable for deliveries and their prices are average with others in the area. The furnace service and electrician gentlemen were polite, neat, efficient and patient with all my questions. They service our heat system and they also installed the generator. I know they like many others are short of trained technicians and the delivery folks do not have an easy job in the really cold weather. It is nice to be able to get most services all in one place.
We’ve been a customer for about two years now, this last week we were getting really low on oil and we still had a previous balance from our last fill so I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get heat on these single digits stretch of nights. I called Coastal and spoke with Eric in Bucksport and he worked with me and got us taken care of within 24 hours. Not only did he work with me to help our financial situation but we got what we needed to make it through before we had a potential emergency. I’m grateful for Eric and what he did to help me and my family when we needed someone who could understand our situation. Thanks Eric!
