When I came in to replace my scratched glasses, but I could barely see through anymore, the staff was courteous, prompt, extremely helpful, and I was able to get my replacement glasses as well as a backup pair all for a very reasonable price and in under an hour. I could not be more impressed.
Excellent experience with Dr. Albert and crew. They went out of their way to meet my specific needs in a timely fashion. I'm very impressed with my new spectacles and highly recommend their services.
We’ve been going to Dr. Albert for nearly 15 years. He’s always been great about the exam, giving the prescription and even preemptively asking if I want it. Front staff are friendly, upfront about costs, and helpful with choosing glasses. I’ve bought several pair, including prescription sunglasses, and recently progressive featherweight glasses.
