These guys are the best! For both Mac's and PC's, these good people have met - and exceeded - our expectations every time we've been there. When I lived in the Boston / Cambridge area, I was in and out of the tech sales / service business for years and I do not recall ever getting this level of service (and super reasonable prices) anywhere. My only concern is if the word gets out too much, they might get too busy!

I just got out of the Marine Corps, drove 20 hrs back home and my computer no longer worked when I arrived. I stopped in here to see if they could diagnose what the issue was before sending it to the company that built it. I gave specific instructions to not void the warranty of the parts and they not only followed this perfectly, but also called me for each step to make sure. They were incredibly attentive and apologetic for it being something I would have to either void or use the warranty for; they were perfectly capable of fixing it themselves but the company that built it is obligated to replace the part.
