“When we bought our property, it came with a whole house generator. We'd been getting annual maintenance from Dirfy's for the last few years. Last November, the power went out, and the generator failed to switch over and provide power. Dirfy's tried to fix it, but couldn't. Our neighbor suggested Rod's Electric, so we called in March. Kevin came out, and I was very impressed with his debugging. He stepped through possibles, and determined it was the generator control board, which he then replaced. All good! He also showed us how to test power failures at the automatic transfer switch, which we appreciated. Kevin knows his stuff! Also, when I call the office, someone answers, which is much appreciated :-)“
