We had Joe put a heat pump into our home last spring. He was Great! Easy to contact, on time, and very responsive to questions. We had a slight problem with the unit (manufacturer defect,) and Joe had diagnosed the problem, picked up the spare part, and had it fixed within the week. I highly recommend!
