Experienced amazing service on Sept 18. Our water pump stopped working in the evening of the 17th and we called Mid-Coast Energy the next morning to see if they could help. They were at the house within 2 hours of our call! The young men who showed up were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. We were so relieved and really thankful for a great customer experience. I don't relish another thing breaking on the house but glad to know this is a terrific company for when I need help again in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

We chose Midcoast Energy Systems for our heat pumps. Margaret came up with a plan we liked with cassettes on the lower walls instead of cutting into our ceilings. She is very nice to work with & we appreciate her giving us this option! Nick & Ethan installed the entire system within 4 days & we couldn't be happier! Hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly guys. The piping in the basement is clean & neatly done. The heat pumps work perfectly for AC which we have wanted for a long time. And the estimate we were given was the price we paid. Thank you Midcoast!

My overall experience has been very good. The service tech I have for my generator is great and is meticulous with his service. My only issue is I was not notified beforehand that I needed a new oil dip stick. I was called a week or so after having the head replaced on my generator and was told the tech was going to come by and swap out the dip stick that had been on order. What I took from the call was this was part of the 800.00 service I just had replacing the head or it was part of the 350.00 maintenance service I'd had only a few weeks prior to that. I was charged 130.00 to literally take out the old 30.00 dip stick and put the new one in. Paying for great... read full review
