Have had nothing but great experiences with Colby and Gale. Recently we've had Shawn out multiple times to help us figure out what the heck is going on with some ancient baseboards that are piped up and over multiple doorways. Shawn is super helpful to talk with, insightful and really kind. We needed propane tanks installed for our new generator, but it was winter.
Our previous oil company seemed 'morbidly' uninterested, as if they thought they had us over a barrel and we could wait on them ?!?
Shaking off the dead weight of our previous oil contract, we happily joined with Colby & Gale, and our winter tank installation stands as evidence of their professionalism, expertise and customer service.

I've been your customer for 2 or 3 years now, and I'm very happy with what you guys have done for me. One of your technicians, I can't remember his name, mentioned about the poor piping that was done between my propane tanks and my generator, which was done by my previous oil company. If it wasn't for the technician saying something, my house probably would have been gone. Also, if you guys didn't mention about my oil tank needing to be changed immediately, my basement might have been messed up too. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me so far!!!
