I've been your customer for 2 or 3 years now, and I'm very happy with what you guys have done for me. One of your technicians, I can't remember his name, mentioned about the poor piping that was done between my propane tanks and my generator, which was done by my previous oil company. If it wasn't for the technician saying something, my house probably would have been gone. Also, if you guys didn't mention about my oil tank needing to be changed immediately, my basement might have been messed up too. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me so far!!!
We have had Colby and Gale as our gas provider since we moved to Maine. What a breath of fresh air! Their delivery drivers will take time out their day to explain how much gas they are delivering and also the fine points of tank location (we will be moving our tanks after a recent remodel) When have had to drop in at the office, they have always been very welcoming and super helpful. We’ve been using Colby and Gale for kerosene and propane delivery since we bought our house in Maine in 2021. When we needed a propane tank upgrade for our new generator, they did the tank install and piping for a reasonable price. Fuel tank filling is quick and reliable, and the website makes it easy to order fuel and gives you up-front pricing.
I was motivated to leave this review because of how promptly they delivered propane today. I ordered it online around 7:15 AM and they had it delivered by 9:45 AM. I’m sure they probably had a truck in the area anyway, but that fast service was greatly appreciated, especially since the tank was depleted from a recent ice...read full review
